How this wheel works

• Paste one name per line and spin. Nothing leaves your browser — the list, the history and the result are all local.
• Each spin generates a seed and derives the winner from it, so the result is reproducible rather than a black box.
• Turn on 'remove winner after each spin' to draw several winners in a row without repeats.
• For a draw where the seed is committed before entries close — the version people can properly audit — run a campaign instead.
